Salary is good for this type work. Plenty of work if you want it. Opportunities if you look for them. If you like to work this is your type of job.

Cons

Long hours, weekend work. Negative people. Lots of the associates and contractors are negative and just plain lazy. Most bad things said about honda come from these people.
