Pros

There are many departments and can gain experience in many disciplines. Flexibility is good and engineers are well respected.

Cons

Lincoln, AL is definitely not an exciting place to live. Birmingham is 45 minutes away but there isn't much to do there either. Sometimes they don't challenge the engineers enough. Will do jobs that could be done out of high school.

Great products and philosophy. Good place to learn, as everything needs to be proved and aligned with connected areas to be approved.

Cons

Full of processes, too much hierarchic and slow. With the necessity of consensus to go ahead on every subject, there are too much meetings.
