Pros

Money is ok for the area Insurance is decent Paid plant shutdowns (All theses apply only if your full time)

Cons

It takes up a lot of your time, sometimes it feels like you're in prison (lots of rules) They change processes without proper training if they even tell you at all Management likes to point fingers and put blame on their associates They talk about safety non stop, but they really don't care. If you get hurt the line never stops, you're totally expendable. Teams are treated differently, with different rules. overtime is called at the last minute. Everyone that works there is tired and angry most of the time. Temp workers are treated badly and get no rewards. It takes along time to get hired full time if you are a temp. Overtime is called at the last minute.

Pros

Division 3 PPC Block Leader challenges me to think outside of the cubicle. Flex-time is certainly a perk. Associates are compensated and treated very well.

Cons

Not a full-time associate. Paid very low, but that's not Honda's fault. Staffing agency is keeping more than their fair share!!
