Training program on their products is really good. Nice location, customers are well educated and appreciate your knowledge of comparable vehicles to help them choose the best vehicle.

Cons

Commission based on amount of money you can get the customer to pay over set amount. If you try and save the customer money, it comes out of your pay.

Fun, consistent work, laid back, mostly nice customers

Cons

Management doesn't care about service department. Doesn't like new ideas that don't align with exactly what they think is best even if it would help. Commissions aren't paid appropriately and other service team member is able to change things so they get paid for it without you knowing. HR is very rude.
