Great company for learning especially for beginners or new people getting into the automotive industry. Pretty okay benefit and depending on the department have work live balance.
Cons
The people and culture, are very toxic and hostile even at the entry-level, and management operates based on feelings rather than facts and figures despite they say things have to be based on facts and figures, Did I also mention contradictions? You are getting punished for being efficient so do what you will with that information. Minimal staff development are given while expecting results and in a lot of cases across the company middle management are borderline very unprofessional. It's a shame really because Honda's fundamental cores and philosophy are really good but it has been localized so the essence that made Honda special at least in Malaysia has long gone.
