Treadmill - Don't recomend it even to people I don't like
Pros
Its an interesting place to work, you get to see some cool things happening around the plant.
Cons
Very long hours, high performance mentality comes well above the work life balance. Resulting in frequent weekend working. Often demands where made to work much longer hours than I desired. They had a Working Time account when I was there meaning that they didn't pay Overtime instead they collected it as Leiu time, and asked you take time off when it suited them. Also they paid a £60 a month bonus for attendance, however if you where one minute late or had a sick day they'd take it away for the month. Silly I know but I stopped to help an injured motorcyclist on my way into work and despite me producing proof in the form of an written police statement they didn't change their stance on this Pay rises where often promised an never delivered. In summary Crap Town, Crap Money, Crap Job!!!
