Can learn a lot very quickly. Fast paced and rewarding place to work.

Cons

Little room for advancement. Promotions mean losing overtime and pay with a lot more responsibility. Overtime is often required. Weekends/holidays/etc.

Company car (which you still have to pay for monthly) but at least you have a new car to drive all the time.

Cons

The culture is awful, very demanding and strict environment where the employees are their work is not appreciated.
