Workspace and environment very good Good communication between team members for important projects travelling for work is made rather easy by providing safe and good means.

Cons

Lack of initial training programs for people joining after off-campus drives. Fast reshuffling of teams leading to overall chaos in the workplace The schedule can be a bit too restrictive takes time getting used to.
