Pros

Great people - smart, know their jobs, driven, and dedicated to making the company successful. Doing the job and then hearing the finished product (jet engine) start up in the test-cell is a rewarding work experience.

Cons

The only con I have is the location. Being a large-city type person, this facility is in a small town area and was just not what my family wanted.

Pros

Honda has a lot of respect in the business community and having Honda on your resume is a huge plus. HMA in particular is a great place to learn about process improvement, root cause analysis, process discipline, project management and manufacturing. However, don't stay so long that you are trapped by the promise of the pension. Learn, leverage the Honda name and move on to a company with more opportunities and higher pay.
