Literally nothing, they lie about what you will get paid, change your hours on you.

So many managers that have no clue as to what they are doing.

Pros

Excellent corporate training program. In-house equipment training program is really good, but has room for improvement

Cons

Day shift department supervisors have no clue what goes on during night operations; they should have to spend a short period of 3-5 shifts on nights at the start of their tenure in their day position as this would alleviate the ridiculous requests/demands they have of night staff (which is out of their area of responsibility to begin with).
