Benefits are great, they offer flex Friday, and work from home.

Cons

Low pay The environment became toxic after they added their new management. It seems like the company is going in the wrong direction and, instead of moving forward, is taking a step back. There is not place to growth. You are only a piece on their equation. No matter how hard your work, your talent is not recognize.

-management is truly a disappoints, they put so much pressure on people, they are demeaning, and just all around bad. They're so caught up in the hierarchy and really dont stop to care about people below them. -people are overworked, underpaid -the standards are insane -
