      Pros

      Strong leadership. Focused on being a top place to work. As a member of the leadership team, I see first hand the focus and commitment to being an employer of choice.

      Cons

      Depending on who you are, the hybrid work model can be a con. I miss the days of in person collaboration. Remote work can feel less like a team and more transactional.
