Pros

HAL is a large, financially stable company. Employee benefits are okay after a full year of employment. Medical benefits are okay as well.

Cons

A very high pressure, unpleasant work environment where employees are not treated with any respect. Taking orders is the norm. Communication is non-existent throughout the company. Most of the time, people don't even say hello in the hallways. There is no work/life balance.

Poor management. Management and supervisors in positions they have no support or training for. PCC’s are pressured to hit metrics and then ignore their guests and don’t build rapport

Training is non existent Management although knowledgeable in the product is horrible at team building and integrating new staff. Unless you’ve been for the company many many years consider yourself an outcast and out of the loop. HR doesn’t look out for their employees only for the upper management.
