Pros

Wonderful products and a commitment to the guests experience. It's a great place to learn the cruise industry and dos/don'ts of the travel world.

Cons

The internal corporate culture is somewhat toxic; praise is limited for good jobs but they're quick to point out your minor mistakes. Claims to promote from within but many people from all levels of the company are passed over for outside candidates.

Pros

It is actually a really fun place to work. People are friendly, smart, talented. Free cruises and other travel perks. Many work from home. Nice 9/80 work schedule. Company president well liked.

Cons

Lots of change in the last 2 years since the merger with Princess Cruises. The changes continue to this day and some seem to pedal the company backwards. Be adaptable and open to a constantly changing environment.

Pros

Fellow employees are kind and for the most part supportive of one another. Long standing company history is something to be proud of. Big company with lots of opportunities to move into different jobs or get promotions.

Cons

Communication within the organization is only top down. Front line employees through senior management have no authority or say in anything. Lots of bureaucracy and unwillingness to try new things which stifles innovation. Frustrated long standing employees aren't willing to push for change.
