Pros

Work from home Not as micro managed as some call centers Overall people are nice

Cons

Health Insurance is expensive and has high deductible, not affordable when making under $20/hr They are not transparent about working evenings/weekends or about the lack of incentives (an extra $40 a month is hardly an "incentive") No room for moving up as a call center agent, the senior agents never leave since they are grandfathered in to better benefits (retirement) Basically your typical deadend call center job

Pros

I worked at the resort inland in Alaska for the on land portion of the tour. You get to go on tours for free and they provide housing and food and transportation for you

very busy, you will work a lot
