Pros

- Enroll For Rewards Program (Earn points for your IHG membership).

Cons

- No Benefits - Workplace is rundown and falling apart - Unnecessary work for employees - Errors that could've been mitigated prior to your shift starting - General Manager is a micromanager - Unappreciated for the work you do. - If you work PM Shift, expect to do everything alone (including maintenance and housekeeping). No one is there but you. - Mental health will degrade because of hotel issues and guest complaints (they will be really upset at you) - Physically demanding as you will be the only employee in the hotel. - Incompetent housekeeping will set you up for failure on your shift.
