Pros

Before everything changed I was getting my full time hours. They would serve breakfast. Everyone worked well with each other. This wad my first housekeeping job and even though it's hard on the body I actually enjoyed it.

Only got one raise, cut my hours, gossip,

Pros

Great to meet people from all walks of life. Hotel was clean and could have been a great place to work.

Cons

Owners/Senior Management micromanaged and did not back up policies established by franchise. No family/work balance. Owners actually never gave evaluations or raises and never gave paid vacations. High turnover rate. I actually had one owner spend the day with me just to have me move one plant from one location to the next and asked me at the next staff meeting if I actually did anything this week.
