Pros

You work alone, you are timed but no-one standing over you. Once you get the routine down the job is easy. Some rooms are fast and some needs more, but it's worth it... You even get tips at times... Almost 80% of the time.

Cons

Hours were not guaranteed, just whenever you are done with your rooms you can go home. some days are short some are longer. So your paycheck will vary.
