Pros

Clocking out At least you get a paycheck

Cons

From the very start my experience was unpleasant. Management intentionally lied about my wage, which was a dollar less than I was told once I read my first pay stub. Favoritism and laziness in the workplace was rampant, which explained the high turnover. We never had enough linens so I had to repeatedly go back and forth to the laundry room. I finally quit without giving my notice after I discovered my timesheet for the week "missing" when I returned from my day off.

Pros

Hotel Discounts for traveling around

Cons

-Night shift didn't have housekeeping or maintenance overnight - this was an older property. Constant issues overnight - I was usually the only one there to deal with everything. Dealt with so much more than front desk issues. Management wouldn't answer phone calls when things hit the fan.
