They tell employees lies to keep them happy and try to postpone or avoid confrontation.

The best thing about working for Holiday Inn was the other employees. Most are overworked and undercompensated but are genuinely amazing people.

Cons

The amount of hours expected to work even after entering overtime. Upper management is absolutely terrible. Overall, disorganized.
