Pros

it's a good place to get experience and will prepare you for the work force. Great place to learn customer service and guest interaction.

Cons

bad place to try to move up if there's any way to move up, management doesn't know how to manage and place blame on everyone else instead. Everyone seems to put workload on others once the shift is over.

Get total fulfillment of doing what I love to do in hospitality and customer service.

Cons

I don't get paid what I know I am worth. Very hard to live off the income I have here.
