Pros

Management has a tight reign on the every day run of the operation of the hotel.

Cons

Some of the other employees did not want to carry their weight and you find that you had to carry some of there job responsibilities also to get the job done.

Not very organized company. No kind of appreciation for the workers.Very disrespectful owners.

Pros

Excellent company culture. Company empowers you to do your job. Everybody works like family, good benefits, free food and everybody is willing to give you a helping hand.

Cons

Not enough training, but you learn from mistakes. Every hotel has different policies and routines are differently done compared to other hotels.
