Excellent company culture. Company empowers you to do your job. Everybody works like family, good benefits, free food and everybody is willing to give you a helping hand.

Cons

Not enough training, but you learn from mistakes. Every hotel has different policies and routines are differently done compared to other hotels.

Good pay, discounted employee rates. Love this industry but management likes to have play time for 6 hours a day.

Cons

Refuse 40 hour work weeks for all employees. No direct deposit except management. No benefits except for management.
