Pros

This company incentives employees when they make an effort to be the best at their jobs. They help with dental and medical insurance and allways give a Christmas Bonus.

Cons

As with any other company, there are some managers who arenit leaders and make your job a little too hard for you but you can learn to be the best even when not recognized by your superiors.

Learning more about the general functions of a hotel, as well as overbally operations since it is a small property

Cons

Management doesn't want to spend money to improve property. No career advancement
