Pros

Co-workers became great friends, very flexible if you are upfront with your schedule, in the summer work on the patio,

Cons

uniform, understaffed, a lot of micromanaging, because the Holiday Inn is a corporation we had to follow all of corporate standards which don't always mesh well with the setting and vibe of the bar
