Pros

Company overall is run well, opportunities to move up and elsewhere.

Cons

Sometimes the corporate rules were very restricting. Too much focus on revenue only and not employee and customer satisfaction.

Pros

Working here helped me to learn how to better deal with guests and customers, especially in stressful situations. I am glad that I was able to get this experience.

Cons

It was often difficult to always please the guests at every moment. However, that comes with every job in their industry.
