Pros

They are a decent hotel. Therefore, customers are happier, thus, easier to manage.

Cons

Don't pay their employees what is deserved for the amount of work. Plus, the rules regarding the breakfast food were kind of messed up as well. At least let the employees have what they want. Things found in hotel rooms are exactly what one might see in a movie. So, it should either be higher pay or free breakfast.
