Good company, Thoughtful training programs, good benefits, Depends on the actual property you work at as to how the benefits will work for you

Cons

training is always new and expensive for the department budget. It should be more cost effective if it is manditory

No manager on duty shifts, and great boss

Cons

They give you and annual salary, but then back it back to an hourly rate, and sales managers have to clock in and out.
