Pros

The property is beautiful, just opened in May 2016. Gorgeous and centrally located, this property is close to many businesses and communities good for both occupancy and for employees.

Cons

The management, while very nice, seem to drag their feet a lot. Things that are needed or staff that needs to get hired take a long time to come to fruition. There is not much room for advancement (or need of more management) because it is a small property.
