long term company with simple goal.

poor hours lived there. no way with family lift.they don't close

Meeting people from all walks of life and making connections

Cons

If your property is poorly run, alot of the shortcomings fall o the desk staff when guests begin to complain

Hotel benefits, when you can get them... Which isn't often.

Cons

Too many arbitrary training requirements and standards. Training is never all in one place, and hard to access. Merlin is AWFUL. Very convoluted.
