Pros

Being a people person, one of the pros was being able to meet so many different people throughout every shift.

Cons

While meeting new people is exciting, the lack of management, lack of set schedule, constant overtime, working for a company that NEVER closes, working every holiday, being considered the "manager on duty," consistently dealing with rude/intoxicated guests, mediocre at best pay, no upward movement, and my location's manager had no backbone.

sometime had do others work in addition to own work because we were expected to finish all the rooms as a group, yet no one was held accountable if they were slacking
