Oversaturated market place. Too many brands doing the same thing, for different prices.

The management at this particular hotel, was very personable and friendly to the employees. The General Manager had an open door policy.

Cons

The hotel planned on permenantly closing at the end of 2016. Therefore, the owner didn't put any money into repairs or equipment.
