The owner built a beautiful hotel.

The ownership implemented micromanagement policies which severely hinders the opportunity to effectively perform required duties and responsibilities.

Pros

Easy, had benefits if you stayed long enough, cheap hotel rooms when you traveled, could get some snacks from the breakfast room

Cons

Not a lot of room for growth, low pay but what do you expect, the only room for growth is if someone quit and job was so cake no one quit the upper jobs.
