Okay entry level job Agency in work

Cons

Lack of growth/raise opportunities no benefits inconsistent hours I was there for 2 years and not offered a raise. I was let go without a specific reason provided, was never talked to about my "attitude" but was told I often gave pushback when given directives, and was fired 3 weeks before christmas.
