Many benefits and offers. Payment always on time

Cons

Payment in Germany is not fair in hotels. Staff shortage is a huge problem in Germany especially on fields for customer service as the government pays you more to be unemployed than being employed for such jobs. There is no work life balance, also connected with the above comment, I was called multiple times to cover when someone was sick.
