Pros

The people I work with/for are great people for the most part. Makes it worse, really.

Cons

The people that own this property are cheap and will do whatever they can to cut costs and pocket every cent they can. They barely met the brand standards for the guests and that's only when they were reprimanded by their contract holders. Employees were not treated badly per say, but the conditions we are forced to work in make it difficult to do our jobs. It tends to have negative side effects on your mental state when you feel incapable of executing your simple duties and it is out of your hands to fix it.

Pros

People you work with were down to earth and super nice. The work location is conveniently next to the train station. Theres's staff meals for lunch and dinner.

Cons

No room to grow Low pay Safety and security around the hotel is concerning Nearly no health benefits Even though you can get employee rate at franchised hotels but they are making them tricky for non management personnels to get the rates
