      Pros

      - I love my coworkers, honestly they're the reason I came in to work each day - good benefits re: discounts and hotel points and so on - Very flexible with shifts

      Cons

      - gross and dangerous working conditions, old equipment, no cleaning materials unless I go hunting for them or literally beg other departments - senior management don't care to fix problems that have been ongoing for YEARS - favouritism in shift allocations - Rumous of sexism in management. - No breaks. I've worked 10 hour shifts without being able to sit for more than a few minutes. - High turnover in management.
