My time during Holcim I gained so much experience and the structure of the company made it comfortable navigating it. Worked with great people in the dispatch department. The benefits of the company were great.

Cons

At times it got hectic with the plants breaking down or trucks breaking down. Worst part in my opinion was in the evenings when you were on the last job and trucks getting stuck it just prolonged your evening.
