The career path is not clear at all, I was always lost, didn't see any oportunities to grow and they don't fix this because they say they are a global company so there are many options but in many divisions is really hard Also the leaders are white feathers, what they say goes, it's a really jeriarchical company

Most co-workers were pleasant to work with.

Called in a laid off just before 90 days-no warning - no indication of not meeting standards-found mistakes in work by others and was told to not disclose to managers-not provided any negative feedback-other piers and co-workers only said what a great job I was doing with all the responsibilities that were expected-very devastated by this action-has created PTSD
