      Holcim is a good place to work overall. Pay is above average for the Northern Michigan area. There are always new projects to implement and problems to solve, so there are many learning and growth opportunities.

      Cons

      The production style of work can be demanding oftentimes. Daily responsibilities can be sidelined many times to deal with urgent problems. This makes it difficult to complete core responsibilities which is what performance reviews are judged by.
