Lafarge is good company which take care of its employees and send them to training and got alot of experience from it.

Cons

There is no reasons but the security situation near my plant in Syria is so dangerous

Very supportive of employee development. Huge career opportunities for people that do not mind relocation every 3 years, and are willing to consider international assignments.

Cons

Organization sometimes experiences analysis paralysis, and mico-management.

training and experience levels up to global standards. they make you globally salwable and competitive.

Cons

diverse mix of employees. Holcim has plants all over the Philippines. Different cultures and beliefs and attitudes is a barrier. most of them are in unions, so it is hard to compel them to do well in their job.
