      Pros

      Great, down to earth teams with lots of family friendly policies to support life outside of work. So much opportunity to get involved in transformation projects, sustainability, development. If you want to join a business that lets you suggest ideas and have autonomy to deliver them, this is it. Fun, fast paced and progressive. 6 months paid maternity leave and support for females to develop internally. Good salary and package

      Lots of leadership changes recently but this is due to internal promotions mainly - the business is really focused on its people and transforming into a modern market leader , some people struggle with the change as they have worked here for a very long time
