      Pros

      Hard working individuals who are dedicated to the success of the company. Company looks for continuous improvement and safety is the most important thing there.

      Cons

      Some times the reactions to policy violations can be too harsh and there is no room for error. Company merge is also causing a lot of anxiety amongst employees.

      Pros

      Health and Safety culture that puts people first, Plenty of opportunities to progress and develop, Good holiday and benefits packages, great pension scheme.

      Cons

      The average salary in most operational roles tends to be at the lower end of the industry average however other benefits and the flexibility of Aggregate Industries that allows for improved work/life balance compensates for this.

      The benefits and salary were very good. The majority of the people I worked with were very easy to work with, eager to assist and quite encouraging.

      When management changed, the moral changed.
