Cons
- No onboarding materials available (role specific); accesses are always delayed and simply in the first three months of probation people are doing nothing - randomly scrolling some UiPath Academy materials and that's it. These materials have nothing to do with the actual job later on. - Although according to the job description they've been searching for Scrum Master, the title was never given nor in the system, nor in the contract. But you are expected to do two jobs. No, overtimes are not paid if you are not part of "the nepotism circle". - Nepotism at its best. And your promotion path is also blocked because of these figures. - Aggressive and toxic approach towards stakeholders/customers. When I saw some of the emails, I wanted to delete my account permanently, slap the laptop and ran away forever. - Double-standards in the team. And in the end, the one who does the bare minimum gets a new job promotion. - Fear of losing the job. I was never introduced to skip manager. Even though I have requested it several times to at least know whom I'm dealing with. - If you achieved more than your manager, you are not welcome here. Usually, every new hire is a step up, you seek for a person who is better than you and who can bring novelties to the team. But not here. - Taking the credit. If you did the job - nice. But the credit will be taken by manager and her close friends. - No work-life harmony. I terminated the contract in my probation, just think what would've the situation been if I was there with all the knowledge? Yes. - Inclusion non-existing. - There's a lot more...
