great pay and benefits with ability to travel and meet new people and see new processes.

Cons

lack of communication, back doored with loss of job. Was informed I would be touring new location with senior environmental, and instead was met by HR and Environmental to be told the position was not in alignment with future needs post company buy out and transition to Holcim.
