      Financial benefits - but any global company offers this.

      Cons

      The only company in the world to admit to crimes against humanity and paid $800 million in fines. It lives up to its poor reputation. - A bullying. mobbing culture. - A master in greenwashing. - A terrible reputation among those in the know. - A CEO who intimates young women (personally interviews interns on the communications team; calls them directly on their mobiles; says very inappropriate remarks which a CEO only gets away with in Switzerland). - People dismissed for no reason - and replaced before they have even been let go.

      This was my first big job after finishing the university. It was a great opportunity for me and I went for it. It was a great learning experience but it was really stressful.
