Pros

Hilton is in a good business and is pretty successful - it's always nice to work for a winner. However, your experience is largely dictated by the group/boss and some are much better than others.

Cons

You'll never get rich working at Hilton, but you can be comfortable. glacial pay increases, opaque promotion paths

Hilton as a company cares about their team members and creates work-life balance opportunity.

Cons

Hit or miss with management. The managers usually transfer from other departments and may or may not know the department they are in charge of.

Great people, career progression, good working environment.

Cons

Pay isn't great, ridiculous amount of hours are expected. Finish at 11pm and back in at 7am the next day. Staff canteen food was at times shockingly poor.
