Large company many franchises and corp mgd's hotels can make you feel like a number, but not that bad, still a great organization

Benefits packages are decent, liberal leave policy depending on department, people are generally friendly

Cons

Very little opportunity fro growth or advancement, certain members of the executive staff are very disrespectful (one member refered to the staff as "the common rank and file" in the elevator)
