Great compensation and travel benefits

Cons

Managers are often contradictory and vague about goals; no incentive to go "above and beyond;" very aligned with "customer is always right" attitude, even in situations when such a focus is very clearly misguided; lack of transparency. No clear opportunity for advancement, and paychecks were quite often wrong and did not include all hours or work done in tangential departments. Communication is quite poor.
