Pros

Travel perks (I was a contractor and didnt receive this, but knew what it was). Annual BBQ with President/CEO for the marketing team, very cool.

Cons

Very much an office politics kind of place. Lots of meetings where not a whole lot gets done. Definitely bureaucratic.
